Une note sur le bilinguisme

When a country is biligual, translation becomes an important component of its identity, a key aspect of its persona. If Canada wants to keep its place in the Francophonie, it's better to keep having its texts translated at home and not in Europe or in the U.S. The rest of Canada will show its respect for "le fait français" in the extent to which it will treat good its translators. Think!
