George Galloway, the Labour backbencher (Britian), received money from Saddam Hussein's regime, taking a slice of oil earnings worth at least Ł375,000 a year, according to Iraqi intelligence documents found by The Daily Telegraph in Baghdad.

I, too, have become remarkably cynical in the last decade or so about media ad-genda (sic) and the false information disseminated by those who benefit from propaganda.
In a year or so it might come out that Saddam was on the CIA payroll, like Noriega et al.

It is kind of strange though that a single reporter could find compromising documents in the Iraqi secret services... But its quite possible, because it seems he did that MP did other strange things with travel expenses... and an official inquiry has been started.

Only when the official inquiry will be finished will we know the truth...

That doesn't make him anti American it just makes him greedy and corrupt and probably ciminal
