Should Canada focus on cultivating new economic partnerships with emerging powers such as China, India, Mexico and Brazil?

Answer:
Yes. But within the context of Canadian values. Canada should press for good human rights standards in any entreprise in which Canadians invest, or from which they purchase, including the rights of workers to organize.
