Which values and interests bear most fundamentally on Canada's foreign policy? How can Canada's foreign policy better reflect the concerns and priorities of Canadians?

Answer:
Canada's foreign policy would better reflect Canadian values if more priority were placed on doing so. Honesty and ethics in government is the absolute best way to ensure stability, and in dealing with foreign affairs it SHOULD take priorty.
