Should Canada focus on cultivating new economic partnerships with emerging powers such as China, India, Mexico and Brazil?

Answer:
We should emphasize partnerships with nations that share similar cultural values: democracy, human rights, rule of law, fair employment practices and wages. Within the Americas, Mexico and Brazil would certainly qualify. Within Asia, Turkey, Israel and India would qualify.
