Question 2: The 1995 Policy Review and Since

Amid recent global changes, should Canada continue to endorse a balanced ‘three pillar’ approach to its foreign policy objectives, or should the current balance be adjusted?

Answer:
Canada should endorse a balanced "THREE PILLAR" approach to its foreign policy. Those "three pillars" which should form a basis of our foreign policy are:
(i) Establishing justice and fairness
(ii) Establishing peace and promoting values such as human rights, democracy, etc
(iii) Security for Canada and other countries.

For example, in regards to the Israel/Palestine conflict we need to actively promote peace between Israel and Palestine and seek justice. The current foreign policy is a bit shaky and doesn't condemn Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine and its oppression of the Palestine people. Therefore, the current balance needs to be adjusted accordingly.
