Amid recent global changes, should Canada continue to endorse a balanced ‘three pillar’ approach to its foreign policy objectives, or should the current balance be adjusted?
In addition to “three pillars”, there must be specific reference to practicing and promoting respect for international law, strengthening the United Nations and defending justice throughout the world. Also the focus under the security pillar should be primarily based on human security.
