Answer:
The present understanding of globalization by those who matter is a form of neo-colonialism, with multinational corporations (mostly US based) as imperial power and the rest of us as colonies. A positive, equitable form of globalization would be positive for areas such as Africa. Canada should strive, in cooperation with like-minded governments, to develop a form of globalization which will benefit people everywhere.
