Question 3: The 1995 Policy Review and Since

Canada is a member of many international organizations, including the G8, NATO, the Commonwealth, La Francophonie, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC), the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Arctic Council. Should our participation in any of these be strengthened, or adjusted?

APEC should be adjusted.
Mostly because of SARS, it may have been already adjusted. How could we do business with a country run by a dishonest government. Like China, Jiang Zemin would tell us that all is Ok, but he is lying.

Why must we continue to do business? I would get this individual to accept responsibility or be forced before a council to resolve this.
