Should Canada do more to address conditions giving rise to conflict and insecurity beyond our borders? If so, where?

Answer:
Yes, to resolve conflicts there should be an open dialogue. There should be a coordinator. Also, there should be accountability.

If a foreign body tells Canada that they have a disease under control and not to worry. Then it was not true. The government body should address the issue directly.

Have a meeting face-to-face with the foreign country. We should not sit back and wait. We should have a meeting whether on canadian soil or in the UN. And ask them directly why they said what they said. And what are they going to do to resolve this?
