Question 2: The 1995 Policy Review and Since

Amid recent global changes, should Canada continue to endorse a balanced ‘three pillar’ approach to its foreign policy objectives, or should the current balance be adjusted?

Answer:
Yes, I would like Canada to really follow these three pillars.
Security - would mean people are free from poverty, have acess to health care, security in their old age, can properly care for their children. Are free from the threat of war and environmental collapse.
Prosperity and Employment - employment and security of income are important. Prosperity is a open concept that I would equate with being able to provide for all people a standard of living so they can participate on an equal basis in their communities.
Values and culture - we must never lose these. War is the greatest threat to both.

We need to adjust the king of security that impinges our human rights like the Security Act. This does not giver me a sense of security by the opposite, a fear of my democratic right to express my thoughts freely. We do not have security for all people for health care, income and this should be adjusted with more attention to this problem.
