What are the best means for Canada to make its culture and experience known abroad?

Answer:
(1) Our acceptance of refugees in need would send a message around the world that we stand for justice. Canadian books and films should be more weidely distributed around the world. We should emphasize diplomacy in international relations rather than war. Native and Inuit culture should receive special prominence.
