Iraqi's rebelling against Saddam.

To refer to Saddam as a "pain in the rear" is pretty callous.

If anyone "doesn't give two craps", I would suggest you don't give two craps about Iraqis.

North Korea is different from Iraq on a few counts:

1) It ALREADY has nuclear weapons. For sure.

2) Without the vast reserves of Iraqi oil, Kim Jong Il has nowhere near the purchasing power of Saddam.

3) Saddam has started two wars and quelled uprisings in a barbarous manner.
