Oui. Le canada doit jouer un rôle de leader afin d'identifier et de prévenir des conflits interculturel ou interconfessionnelle dans le monde. Ce travail est ingrat et sans éloge, mais il est plus facile que de réparer les pots cassé suivant un conflit armé.
