Answer:
Finally, world over-population exacerbates most of the globe's health, education and cultural problems, and nations need to develop foreign policies to address this. Education of women, and health-care that reduces infant mortality are known to be the most effective means of decreasing population growth. Our Foreign Policy should reflect this reality.
