Answer:
Promoting equality and fairness in trade agreements. The elimination of barriers and tariffs should mean exactly what it means and no exceptions. Globalization can and should benefit all equally. Promotion of capital exchange programs between selected industries in various regions should be pursued as well as the implementation of fiscal policy that encourages the private sector to embark upon what may be termed as "Share Equity Partnerships" with governments of develpoing nations.
