Can I print this information?

Where can I see the entire paper?

The entire paper can be viewed either as scrolling HTML or in PDF format. (Note: to read the PDF version you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later on your system, which is available from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html. If the Adobe download site is not accessible to you, you can download Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html).

What do I do once I have read the Minister's welcome letter, the Dialogue Paper, and the Civil Rules?

You can answer the questions in the Dialogue Paper. You may register or log in (if you have already registered ) and participate in the discussions. You can also send your comment on the development of foreign policy directly to the Minister via email.
